DB4 brake servo mounting plates (front & rear of servo) reproduced & passivate plated.

Screen washer nozzles for Mk111 - Round barrel type (which is held in by 2 plates & 2 screws) Lucas 295112 - in Stainless (can be supplied with new screw in jets)

Mk111 DBD triple SU inlet manifolds recast from our own pattern, supplied as a Kit only with all the extra parts needed to convert your twin carb engine, inc chrome balance pipe & dull nickel water pipes, pressure tested. Can be fitted to earlier models / heads, specify at time of ordering as stud pattern is different.

Sill kits for DB2's, DB2/4 Mk11's & Mk111's now reintroduced. Galvanised sill's, passivate plated parts - 2 sill ends, 1 door step rebate, 2 sill reinforcements, 1 box section & 1 sill S/S closing panel per side.

Front trailing arm outer nut lock washer, 55013 & lower trailing link end plug lock washer, 55091 - both in plated steel, now in stock. 

 Newly available - Hex gearbox drain plugs fitted with magnet - replaces o/e drain plug that is difficult to remove & refit. Gearbox gasket sets, layshaft support towers (rear of gearbox) that don't leak.

We are now able to reclaim Feltham gearbox mainshafts, this involves replating the copper bearing surfaces where the gears sit, we also alter the shaft so that a new easily available (and cheaper) centre bearing can be fitted ( previously unavailable centre bearings), this service is available for the layshaft centre bearing aswell.

We now supply Pacet electric cooling fans, these have high efficiency motors that have a low current draw (typically 12amps) & higher output than equivalent Kenlowe fans (25amps), they have a lower profile aswell. Particularly useful on an Aston DB2 to DB4 with a dynamo (20 - 25amp at best) or Dynalite alternator (35amp max) or DB5/6/S6 with an original 11ac alternator as (35amps max). Available as a kit or a fan on its own.

New oil filter tower available for Feltham engines. Primarily  to enable oil coolers to be fitted. More details in the engine section Here

We source most of our parts from the UK, as we have found quality sadly lacking in parts imported from other countries. Road or Race - a lot of our parts are made only for us.

We stock/make a vast collection of really scarce parts, nik-naks, etc., (the bits that other AM suppliers can't help with, bothered with, etc.)

We can supply most fixings for your Aston. Both UNF, BA and BSF in stainless steel 

If a part is no longer available  we can often dip into our comprehensive collection of second hand items. These can either be used as a pattern for a new part, or perhaps re-furbished.

We can supply nearly all Aston Martin dealer parts at dealer prices + carriage.

Ported by Motorman and built up with Fast Road cams. Gave tremendous torque with around 210bhp on the last engine, now fitted to road car on Twin SUs & the owner is very pleased with the performance.

Parts News

Dynamo pulley's. For Feltham cars with built in fan. These are now available in alloy to suit the original wide drive belt. Can also be made in a narrow pulley version for DB4 etc.

A newly designed set of High Quality Ignition leads will follow shortly to suit our latest Twin point distributors. These are in addition to the standard side or top entry types we already supply for Feltham's, Newport Pagnell, V8 &  up to last DB7 i6 cars.

The new Harvey Bailey Engineering (HBE) rear lever arm dampers have been fitted to several of our cars now, & the ride is much better than the original Armstrong units. Being gas filled they should be much more reliable.  We are hoping the complete set, when fronts become available, will transform the cars ride.

The front Harvey BaileyEngineering lever arm shocks for Feltham's are still ongoing at the design stage. We hope to have more news shortly.

Late DB4, DB5 & DB6 Indicator / dip switch now available. Not from AM!

We have found some new MK111 & Early DB4 Dip Switches with headlamp flasher button but sadly no indicator switches.
